Dear Customers, please take a moment to read the information below. It is provided to ensure full clarity regarding our production and delivery processes, helping to avoid misunderstandings and allowing us to work together efficiently.

We supply handcrafted designer lighting made by independent makers from Austria, Poland, Ukraine, Israel, and the Netherlands, as well as pieces from our own production.

Lead times vary depending on the model. Each product listing includes its estimated timeframe.
On average, production and delivery take up to four weeks. Children’s lamps, such as those from our “Underwater World” collection, are produced more quickly — approximately three days — as most parts are 3D-printed.

Factory-made lighting (China)
We also offer factory-made lighting sourced from China. We work exclusively with two trusted manufacturers who produce high-quality items to our specifications.

The process is as follows:
-Production at the factory.
-Shipment to Ireland for quality inspection.
-Additional components added where required (e.g. bulbs, remotes).
-Dispatch to you.
For customers in Ireland: we send out via An Post Express on the same day the product is ready.
For customers in the United Kingdom: we send via Royal Mail once the goods have passed inspection and are ready for dispatch.

All delivery, tax, and bulb costs are covered by us. The average timeframe for receiving these items is approximately 3 weeks.
Other suppliers may offer similar products with faster shipping; however, based on our experience, their quality is notably poorer. Please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery so that expectations remain clear on both sides.

Order Tracking

• After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with order details and an estimated delivery date.
• Once dispatched, you will receive another email with a tracking number and a link to track your parcel.
• After successful delivery, you will receive a final confirmation email.
  ⚠️ Please make sure to check our emails — they contain important information about your order.

Electrical Installation

• We recommend booking your own electrician only after you have received your order.
• If you would like to use our Household Heroes electrician service, simply select this option on the product page at checkout.
• Our electrician will visit within a few days after delivery.
  ⚠️ We cannot accept responsibility for any costs if your electrician was booked before the goods were received.

Returns & Exchanges

• You have 14 days from receipt to return unwanted items (unused and in their original packaging).
• You have 24 hours from receipt to report any damages.
• Claims for returns or damages cannot be accepted after these periods.
